Lead Interior Designer – Miami OfficE

The Lead Interior Designer will create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assessing space requirements, determining optimal furniture placement, and selecting decorative items, all while adhering to relevant blueprint, building code, and inspection requirements.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • to outline client design objectives
  • conceptualize and sketch design plans
  • determine the cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase
  • set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project and source materials and products included in plans among, manage vendor relationships, work closely with other support functions of the organization such as engineering, operations, and procurement among other tasks

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on Interior Design experience is required. Project management skills are a plus. The ideal team member will be someone who deeply cares about customer service, is truly about teamwork, believes in entrepreneurship, has no issues working in a fast-paced environment, shows self-initiative, displays strong attention to detail, is incredibly organized, and is willing to grow both personally and professionally with the company.
