Colorado – Castle Pines Village New Construction and Decor
As a luxury interior designer, it is always an honor to work with clients building their dream houses from the ground up. In this project, we were fortunate enough to collaborate with a client who wanted to showcase Castle Pines Village's stunning views in their new home's design.
We took inspiration from modern design and mountain-style homes to create a space that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings. The goal of this design was to create a home that is not only elegant but also functional and reflective of its surroundings.
We wanted to ensure that the home's design would blend in seamlessly with the natural beauty of Castle Pines Village and take full advantage of the breathtaking views.
One of the critical elements of the design was the use of natural finishes and textures throughout the home. We carefully selected materials that would reflect the natural setting, such as the great room's Italian fireplace. The fireplace, complete with an iron mantle, is a stunning focal point in the space and a perfect example of how we incorporated natural elements into the design. Using marble, a natural stone brings a sense of warmth and elegance to the space, and the iron mantle adds a rustic touch.
Additionally, we paid attention to the details in the design, such as the use of natural light and the incorporation of organic shapes. This creates a sense of harmony and balance and helps create a beautiful and functional space. Overall, our goal was to design a home that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings and takes full advantage of the breathtaking views of Castle Pines Village.
Every detail, from the furniture and material selections to the finishes and decor, was carefully curated to accentuate the natural setting and serve as design elements. For example, the 200-pound chandelier in the master bedroom and the hand-made wallpaper in the living room is both beautiful and functional, adding elegance and character to the space.
Working with such incredible clients on this project was a pleasure, and we are thrilled with the final result. The home is a stunning example of seamlessly blending modern design with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
